1. Recurring
subscriptions (monthly, weekly, annual) may be cancelled at any time with no
future charges. 2. There is no credit or refund for
past or consumed subscription periods. 3. A subscription or
monetary credit (at
Stonehaven Technology's
discretion) for service
downtime is available in
the case of a service
interruption.
4. The customer must obtain a return authorization from Stonehaven
Technology in order to obtain any other refund, credit, or exchange.
